Memorial Hermann’s far-reaching presence in the healthcare sector encompassed a web presence including more than 35 disparate websites. Memorial Hermann’s technology system, with both desktop and mobile versions, presented a sizable challenge. Our work on brand strategy, content creation, and management, as well as web design and development, created a consistent aesthetic with a uniform message. Additionally, we developed brand direction for the Memorial Hermann Health Plan while also providing go-to-market planning and activations. We produced and launched all assets within those deliverables while boosting awareness of Medicare Advantage during the annual pre-enrollment period. Utilizing direct mail, display and paid ads, agent collateral, mobile roadshows, video development, and post-enrollment collateral, Adcetera increased leads and memberships.
